We are dedicated to getting your plants to you in quickly and in excellent condition. We take extra care to pack your plants to prevent damage during shipment. Unexpected things do happen during transit, of course, but rest assured that if you are not satisfied with your plants for whatever reason, please ship it back in the same way you received it, and we will replace your order or refund your money.

We usually ship via USPS Priority mail. First plant is $9 (regardless of size) and subsequent plants are $4. We ship bare-root unless prior arrangements are made.

FLASKS

Plants shipped in-flask are sold AS-IS, and cannot be returned. We make every effort to ensure safe arrival of an unopened flask, but plants do typically experience jumbling in the agar. As most experienced growers of de-flasked plants know, a little jumbling is typically not a problem, but if you are concerned, please order plants de-flasked.

FLOWERS IN BUD/BLOOM

While we pack flowers in bud/bloom very carefully, we cannot guarantee that buds/blooms/spikes will arrive undamaged.
